JITbase
JITbase offers Industry 4.0 solutions that address the shortage of specialized employees (by allowing machinists to handle more CNC machines) and improve production margins (by reducing downtimes and increasing machine utilization).
Our offering consists of three modules:
- Machine Monitoring to track production KPI and reduce machine downtime
- OPS (Optimal Path System) to guide the operator to the next machine that requires attention, making it easier to manage more machines at the same time
- CNC Program Optimizer to improve CNC programs by reducing human intervention and detecting flaws to remove them
Vision
We believe that a CNC machine should never be stopped. This is why, in the context of the labour shortage, we seek to make the interaction between humans and machines as efficient as possible. As a leader in Industry 4.0, our vision is to make CNC machining centers more competitive by offering them the most efficient technologies to both increase machine uptime and reduce the average number of operators per machine.

Frederic Scherer
CEO & Master in Industrial Engineering
Frédéric worked for several years at Air Liquide in continuous improvement where he experienced the transition to Industry 4.0 from a large industrial group. He founded JITbase to facilitate this transition, for large companies as well as manufacturing SMEs.
